SMOKED SALMON & SALAD PICNIC BOX

This is a very easy way of feeding a crowd with a lovely catered lunch or light dinner, especially if you need to travel to your destination. Everything is boxed and ready to serve up. 

FEEDS 15 PEOPLE

A whole side of Manuka smoked salmon, served with chutney & mayo.
2 Medium Catering salad bowls of your choice.
3 loaves of sliced Pide bread & butter.A Bite-size Sweet Selection.
A 40-piece selection of our famous sweet slices.

All cutlery, napkins & plates are: OPTIONAL - PLEASE SELECT IF YOU REQUIRE THEM.

TOMATO HEIRLOOM HARVEST: Juicy summer heirloom tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, zucchini curls, basil, mint, rocket, cavalo nero, salad leaves, parsley & buckwheat, dressed in a preserved lemon & olive vinaigrette. Served with Labneh. Vegetarian | GF | NF | EF

BIG FAT EGGPLANT & CHICKPEA: Roasted eggplant, spiced chickpeas, baby spinach, mixed lettuce leaves pomegranate seeds & summer herbs. Dressed in a Sumac & pomegranate molasses vinaigrette. Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF

GLAZED BEETS: Balsamic glazed roasted beets, wheat berry, loads of fresh herbs, cavolo nero, spinach, rocket, salad leaves, dried blueberries, feta & roasted hazelnuts. With an orange & balsamic dressing. Vegetarian - Contains Gluten, Dairy & Nuts.

TABBOULEH CRUNCH: With diced cucumber, tomato, parsley, quinoa, red cabbage, red onion, mint, almond dukkah, cavolo nero & tahini whip. Vegan | GF | DF | EF - Contains Nuts & Sesame Seeds 

SUMMER BABY NEW POTATO: Baby potatoes with red onion, green beans, asparagus, capers, summer herbs & micro sprouts. Dressed in a lemon & olive oil vinaigrette. Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF

HERBY GREENS: Asparagus, broccolini, green beans, summer herbs, rocket, avocado. Served with our Green Goodness Dressing. Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF

SUMMER LEAVES: Shaved fennel, radish, summer leaves & herbs, rocket, micro sprouts, carrot curls, avocado. Served with our Maple Cider Dressing.                    Vegan | GF | DF | NF | EF
