BLACK FOREST ROULADE: Chocolate sponge filled with tart black cherries, berry compote & whipped vanilla mascarpone cream. Topped with silky French chocolate buttercream, fresh cherries  & chocolate curls | GF | 

TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE: A new Ripe favourite! Layers of Italian Savoiardi biscuits (Lady Fingers) soaked in Kahlua & espresso with whipped cream cheese &  mascarpone cream. Topped with dark cocoa powder & chocolate curls.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE MOUSSE CAKE: A light chocolate sponge soaked in raspberry liqueur, topped with a rich chocolate mousse, raspberry jelly, whipped mascarpone cream & summer berries.

VEGAN STRAWBERRY OREO CHEESECAKE: A Strawberry cheesecake (vegan cream cheese) topped with fresh strawberries. This dessert is dairy-free & nut-free. We can make it Gluten-free as well on request.
